 one of my favorite lakes in the world. I have never experienced a lake system with so much food. Smelt, whitefish, tullibee, perch, and crawfish can be found throughout the system, with trophy smallmouth fishing on the main lake and trophy largemouth fishing up the river. Pokegama is a dynamic fishery that can find a guy throwing topwater over 30ft or pitching a jig in the rice in 1ft, with a myriad of presentations in between.
